- Corrections & data errors: If you spot an outdated tax rate, incorrect RPP value, or broken calculation, tell us — we verify against authoritative sources (Tax Foundation, BEA, CFPB, IRS, state revenue departments) and push fixes within 1–2 weeks.
- Feature requests: We love suggestions for new calculators, state guides, or usability improvements. Every request is read and considered for our roadmap.
- Bug reports: If a calculator gives wrong results or the UI is broken on your device/browser, please include the calculator name, your inputs, what you expected, and what actually happened.
- Content feedback: Found an unclear explanation or misleading blog article? Let us know which page and what should change.
- Personal financial advice: We cannot advise on your specific situation. Please consult a qualified financial advisor, CPA, or tax professional.
What to expect after you email us
- Response time: We aim to reply within 2–3 business days. During busy periods it may take up to a week.
- Data corrections: If you report an outdated rate, we will confirm the correct value from the official source before making any change — accuracy matters more than speed.
- Privacy: Your email address is only used to respond to your message. We do not add you to any mailing list, sell your address, or share it with third parties.
